Cocktail Grenade healtea | Healtea Pomegranate cocktail

Healtea Pomegranate Cocktail Recipe

- 1 tbsp Pomegranate seed

- 2 ounces of pomegranate juice

- 1/2 ounce of vodka

- 1 egg yolk or emulsifier

- 1/2 bottle of Healtea with mint and dandelion

- 2 oz of sparkling white wine or proseco

- Herb (rosemary or mint) to decorate

- Ice cubes

- a shaker and mortar

In a shaker, add almost the whole spoonful of pomegranate seed (or pomegranade as I say lol a mixture of English and Quebecois 😅) Add the vodka, pomegranate juice, mint and dandelion Healtea. Thoroughly crush the pomegranates with the mortar. Add the egg white and the mixture in a shaker for 20 seconds until a nice foam is obtained. In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour the mixture, add the sparkling white wine and lightly stir. Garnish with pomegranate seed and the rosemary sprig and serve with amazement to your guests!
